Philosophy

"Niche" describes the role and position that each living being holds on Earth.

For example, plants play a vital role of absorbing carbon dioxide and carrying out photosynthesis. 

Similarly, the way humans interact with the planet reflects the meaning of a niche.用

We hope to invite everyone to embrace their own niche, take actions to protect the evnironment, and expand to every corner of the world — and this is how NICHE TOURS was born.用

Interestingly, the name "Niche Tours" also echoes the Taiwanese word "𨑨迌" (tshì-thô), symbolizing the spirit of exploration and adventure.

About Us

We are two Taiwanese girls who majored in environmental education. After graduating with master's degrees and engaging in the field of environmental education, we have been striving for three years on this path and have had the honor of meeting environmental education partners from different countries, only to realize that the impact of each country's environmental issues is still limited to a specific circle. If we want real change to happen, we must break through the comfort zone, and establish a bilingual service for international interaction, so that people from all over the world, from different fields and with different specialties, can find their own way to do their part for the environment.
 

Everyone can be friendly to the environment in their own way!

We believe that environmental education should not only emphasize on waste sorting, reduction of disposable items or energy saving, but should be integrated into daily life, combining the expertise of different professions, so that “being friendly to the environment” can become a natural choice. Artists can deliver green concepts through their creations, designers can adopt sustainable materials to create aesthetics and value, engineers can use innovative technologies to promote green development, and even entrepreneurs can incorporate environmentally friendly practices into their business models. Environmental protection should not be a burden, but an attitude of life that everyone can participate in.

Social Community

In order to reach out to more people, we have decided to host a social community to share environmentally sustainable ideas, practical green living tips, and innovative cases of environmental protection from various industries through easy-to-understand content. We hope that through the power of digital media, environmental protection is no longer just the insistence of a few, but can reach a wider audience and inspire everyone to find a way to work with the environment from their own perspective.
